1. Services Description

TryOn LocalOS installs and manages TEELO, a practical operating system for local service businesses. Services include smart website setup, lead response systems, follow-up workflows, review request workflows, sales pipeline setup, and ongoing management. Specific deliverables depend on the package selected.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, review counts, or business outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, your responsiveness, your existing reputation, and other factors outside our control.

3. Setup Fees and Monthly Fees

Setup fees cover initial implementation. Monthly fees cover ongoing management, monitoring, optimization, and support. Usage over your package allowance is billed at published overage rates.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Project-specific cancellation and refund terms are defined in your service agreement. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

We build on top of third-party platforms including the underlying CRM and telephony providers. Client-owned content, branding, and business information remain yours. We retain the right to reuse general frameworks, templates, and methodologies across clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
